I’m definitely not getting enough sleep. Between that and the two hour ride on the bike last Tuesday my back is killing me and I’m worn out. Thankfully there’s a three-day weekend coming up. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get some rest then but things like the lawn needing to be mowed and the hornets needing to be removed will likely eat up my time.
I need to check in the basement and see how things are down there in the crawlspace. I’ve had a small double-fan (the window kind) running down there blowing dry air into the crawlspace since I changed the one pipe. Hopefully that’s drying the area out somewhat because I plan on cleaning it out and replacing the moisture barrier this summer.
I got the one set of Jack Canfield CDs in the mail the other day but so far I haven’t listened to them yet. Not sure what they contain but there always seems to be a glimmer of something in the stuff I run across so likely I’ll learn something even if it’s “Don’t buy x.”.
Looking back quickly on a lot of my previous posts I notice that a great many of them refer to me being tired. Not good. That will be a point of change going forward.
The last two weeks though have been a killer...
The bike started up fine this morning after trickle charging it last night so as long as I remember to check the water levels I’m good for another three years. Now I just have to get all the other work done like the replacement rear tire, the carbs, the tail light/turn signal conversion, and the paint and body work.
I’m so spaced out right now. I’m having trouble focusing on what I need to do the rest of the day. I’ve got one major repair issue at work then I have to be at my in-laws place by 3:30 p.m. to get my daughter off the bus. I haven’t ridden with a passenger yet on the bike so we have to wait there until my wife gets off work so she can take her home.
Frankly I’d rather be home already taking a nap...
