Pimping the pipecrafter...
While currently awash in CCNA/CCNA+Security training (which is why I haven't been writing lately) a friend of mine who makes wonderful brier smoke pipes passed on a link to a recent review of one of his pieces:

I can't say enough good things about Kurt's work. I really can't. I own two of his pipes - one of which is in my LJ icon and which I'm currently smoking at the moment. They smoke smoothly and feel excellent and above all _natural_. His grasp of form and grace is beyond compare in my opinion. (But hey I'm a little biased...just a little. *grin* )
The man truly is an artist and even if someone buys his pipes and never smokes them (a crime I tell ya!) they would look good accenting any house.
If you smoke (or even if you don't) check out his site:
http://www.pipecrafter.com/
I can only hope to aspire to his level of mastery of art in the future. :-)
