This time a moldy rock...

So this time it appears I've got the moldy color good on the outside but "sky blue" on the inside.

And it still tastes excellent! :-)

That said I think I'm going to try the regular yeast versus the breadmaker yeast and see if that rises any better. But this definitely turned out better than the last!
